To have your item engraved or order a Seal Ring or Wedding Rings for Engraving:
Begin by letting us know that you are interested
in owning a Family Seal Ring by sending us an email.
If you are going to send us an item by post please tell us what the item is and the wording or initials you would like to have engraved onto it (make use of the LETTERING STYLES card to help give you an idea of the style you require)
, or telephone us and we will reply promptly with
courteous, friendly and helpful information.
We'll work personally with you to
help you select just the right style of engraving to best suit your item with our guarantee to deliver for the required date.
Our first class customer service
includes helping you select the text, font and any logo or artwork you would
like included .For customers requiring a Seal Engraving or Coat of Arms we have a resident Qualified Genealogist who will be more than happy to look up your family Crest.....at no extra charge.
Once you are happy with the proposed style of the engraving, simply post the item to us with a cheque for the cost and we will return your item
guaranteed within the time limit we have agreed.
Each item of Jewellery or a Seal is different and prices may differ slightly according to the item being engraved. We strongly recommend that you email or telephone us first
giving as much information about the item and the engraving required in order for us to give you a definite price on your item.Prices vary according to the complexity and size of engraving. We therefore ask
that customers provide as much detail as possible to help us provide a more accurate cost.
Orders typically leave our workshop within
14 days of receiving your item and approval of the artwork.
Orders required sooner are possible but may be subject to rush order
charges. Any rush order charges or extended delivery times will be clearly
discussed at the time of your order.
Sizing of your seal ring is done free of charge and as a complimentary gesture for your order. A local jeweller will be able to size your finger correctly or you can use our ring sizing paper to size it yourself. We must emphasise that the ring will be sized to the size you stipulate and no reimbursements are given because of a ring being to big, or small, for the finger due to faulty measuring on the customers part.
